My Story

With a foundation of 20 years as an Integrative Pharmacist and a Diploma in Naturopathy, my career has been dedicated to empowering individuals through holistic education and informed wellness choices.

​

My professional evolution from Integrative Health marked a pivotal shift to align my outer life with my Inner Spirit.  Having felt a deep connection to Spirit and an innate ability to read energy since childhood, I have spent my adult life deepening these intuitive and psychic abilities through Reiki, Meditation, Breathwork, and Sound Healing.

 

Today, I work within the Metaphysical world, helping individuals understand the energy, frequency, and vibration that shapes their daily lives.

 

I am a Master Healer in Usui Reiki, Seichim and Karuna Reiki, and an Intuitive Guide.  I offer Energy Healing and Guidance that facilitates deep soul transformation.  I am here to help you reconnect with your inner wisdom and to live a life of joy and full potential.
