My Story

​

Empowering others through knowledge has long been central to my path. With 20 years of experience as a Holistic Pharmacist and a Diploma in Naturopathy, my foundation has been rooted in integrative health. 

​

Seven years ago my career took a pivotal turn when I transitioned into Energy Healing -  bringing my professional life into alignment with my Soul's expression.

​

Having felt a deep connection to Spirit and an innate ability to read energy since childhood, I have spent my adult life deepening these intuitive and psychic abilities through Reiki, Meditation, Breathwork, and Sound Healing.

 

Today, I work within the Metaphysical world, helping individuals understand the energy and vibrations that shape their daily lives.

 

I am a Master Healer in Usui Reiki, Seichim and Karuna Reiki, and an Intuitive Guide.   My sessions help you to reconnect with your inner wisdom, for a life of full potential, confidence and joy.

As a registered Bowen Therapist, I also incorporate Bowen into select sessions for reharmonisation of your Central Nervous System.
